Please ensure the hygiene seal remains intact, as hair extensions cannot be returned once removed from their backing for health and safety reasons.

Verify that your extensions are unused, in their original packaging, and that the security gold ties or hygiene seals have not been tampered with or removed.

Log into your account or contact our customer support team to receive your unique Return Authorization Number and a copy of our returns form.
Package Your Item
Securely pack your items along with the completed returns form and a copy of your invoice to ensure prompt processing upon arrival at our warehouse.
Ship and Track
Send your parcel using a tracked shipping service to our designated returns address; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
